Ritchie Movilla

Meet Ritchie, a dedicated member of our KPG family. Inspired by his outgoing personality and passion for customer service, Ritchie began on his journey as a real estate agent after having previously worked for an at-home health company. He's committed to his clients' needs, striving daily to be available and supportive in every aspect of their real estate journey. Over the course of his career, he's facilitated the dreams of over 125 families in five years—a testament to his unwavering commitment to his clients.

Known for his positivity and team-oriented mindset, he contributes to our collective success by fostering a collaborative and uplifting work environment. One of his most memorable moments at KPG was winning a trip to the Tom Ferry Summit in Dallas, Texas, a testament to his diligence and hard work.

Ritchie, who is 1 of 7 siblings, grew up in Clifton, and went to William Paterson University. He moved to Wayne 8 years ago, and lives here with his wife, Cindy, and their 2 dogs, Luna and Mini. His brother serves as his lifelong mentor, instilling in him the values of integrity and perseverance. 

Balancing his professional and personal life, Ritchie ensures his clients receive top-notch service while carving out time for cherished moments with family and friends. Outside of the office, he indulges in his passion for culinary adventures, relishing quality time spent with his wife exploring new dining experiences. He is also an avid cook who finds joy in creating memorable meals for loved ones.
