A little about me...
Deborah, our team assistant, is a dependable and resourceful member of our team here at KPG. She assists in so many aspects of the daily operations at KPG including staging homes, putting lawn signs up at listings, and dropping off marketing booklets and gifts to clients. With a BA in History from William Paterson University, she has cultivated a deep personal work ethic that drives her to excel in whatever task she undertakes. Deborah thrives on the variety of tasks presented to her, relishing the opportunity to dive into different challenges throughout the day. She believes in making the most out of every situation, whether at work or in her personal life.
Deborah maintains her motivation by infusing everything with a sense of adventure. One memorable moment from her time at KPG involves an unexpected encounter with stinging ants while removing a sign, showcasing her ability to handle unexpected challenges with grace and humor.
Deborah values family time with her husband, Ken, and their two boys, Caleb and Jacob. Outside of work, she enjoys going hiking or camping. Deborah's passions lie in serving her community by volunteering as an EMT with her local First Aid Squad in Pompton Lakes.
Looking ahead, Deborah hopes to continue growing both professionally and personally, setting goals to further her career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
