A little about me...
Joe Rossi brings a wealth of experience to KPG, transitioning from a successful 20-year career in the hospitality industry to his true passion: real estate. After developing and running prestigious restaurants in NY and NJ, Joe's path shifted during the global pandemic, when he became an agent in New York City. After a few years, he got licensed in New Jersey, where his career is now focused. Joe considers his pivot to real estate as his greatest achievement as this transition not only allowed him to acquire new skills, but also enabled him to leverage his extensive background—focused on serving and delighting clients.
Joe and his wife, Lisa, who have been married for 11 years, recently purchased a home in Bloomingdale. Joe grew up in the Space Coast region of Florida, with his parents, George and Celeste, and his sister, Gina. His father owned a commercial real estate brokerage, which was one of the inspirations towards Joe’s career change. While he originally attended Greensboro College on a football scholarship, he later switched to Florida State after suffering a significant injury his sophomore year.
When he’s not working, Joe embraces his new role as a homeowner, diving into home projects. He is a certified sommelier in NYC, a proud “cat dad” to Gary, and enjoys golfing or exploring new dining experiences. He’s also a devoted Yankees fan, and Derek Jeter serves as a significant influence in Joe's career. He admires Jeter’s ability to prioritize team success while achieving personal milestones, a mindset he strives to emulate.
Joe is excited to be part of the KPG team, where he looks forward to contributing to the team’s success and building lasting relationships in the community he now calls home. With his dedication to client care and professionalism, Joe aims to continue establishing a thriving real estate business in Northern NJ in the coming years, while always being a trusted resource for his clients.
