Taylor DeStefano

Meet Taylor, a driven and accomplished member of our KPG family, whose passion for real estate stems from the desire to build a portfolio and be a top agent in the industry. Described by colleagues as genuine, hardworking, and caring, Taylor's dedication to her clients and her craft is evident in everything she does. At KPG, she values the opportunity to be part of a supportive team that fosters growth and learning. As a more seasoned agent, Taylor contributes to her team's success by sharing her knowledge and experience, helping newer agents learn and grow. She finds particular joy in assisting her family and friends in securing their dream homes, relishing in the opportunity to play a pivotal role in their journey to homeownership. A significant achievement for Taylor was winning KPG’s Agent of the Year Award for 2023.

Taylor lives in Pompton Plains with her Fiance, Max, and their dog, Willow. She grew up in Wayne, with a very close-nit family that she loves to spend time with, including her brother, Justin. She also enjoys a variety of passions and hobbies, including running, golfing, snowboarding, and traveling, which allow her to unwind and recharge. In the summer Taylor spends her free time down the shore, enjoying a good book on the beach. She recently ran in the NYC marathon, with family, friends, and colleagues by her side to cheer on her success. 

She attributes her work ethic and determination to her grandfather, Ed, and father, Scott, who have instilled in her the values of hard work and perseverance. Her confident self-assurance shines through in her approach to life and work. 

In the next few years, Taylor hopes to help many more families achieve their real estate dreams while also focusing on personal milestones such as getting married, starting a family, and building a real estate portfolio. Taylor's commitment to excellence and her passion for real estate make her a valuable asset to the KPG team.
